I am very happy to announce that I will once again be your track-side presenter for the prestigious GT Cup Championship in 2011.
It’s set to be another fabulous season, which will no doubt see the same variety of fabulous GT machinery and the massive grids that we have come to know and love from the GT Cup over the past three years.
Once again the championship calendar features all of the UK’s greatest race circuits and will include a return visit to Spa Francorchamps later in the year.
This season also welcomes the new GT Trophy Endurance Series. As the sister series to the GT Cup, GT Trophy offers competitors longer endurance race formats and is open to a wide variety of GT cars and competitors of all levels, including professional drivers.
The GT Trophy Endurance Series gets underway at Donington Park on the 2nd/ 3rd April and the GT Cup begins just a few weeks later at Silverstone on the 16th/ 17th April.
The GT Cup Championship will be televised on dedicated motorsport channel Motors TV (Sky 413 & Virgin 545) throughout the season.
